Upon booking a PACKAGE, a $50 per person deposit is required. Bookings for Tee Times only will be subject to the full amount being charged at the time of booking. Once your golf and/or accommodations have been confirmed to you, the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is completely refundable if the golf and/or accommodations you have chosen are not available. There are a few hotels, condominiums and private villa rentals on our network that require a higher deposit. If this is the case with the options you have chosen, you will be informed by our office
The balance of the entire golf package is due in US currency at least 30 days prior to arrival. If your vacation is booked less than 30 days prior to your arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Method of Payment:
Payment can be made by credit card, money order, traveler's check, certified cashier's check and by personal check. (Personal checks must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival date and should be made payable to Play Florida Golf.)

Your golf package will be confirmed via phone or e-mail and you will receive your vouchers for golf and/or accommodations within 7 days of your planned travel date. Vouchers can not be sent out until payment has been received in full.
Golf packages and/or Tee Times may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the planned date of arrival. A $50 processing fee per person will be imposed for cancellations received up to 7 days prior to the planned arrival date, Play Florida Golf reserves the right to impose a penalty of up to 100 percent on all money collected (as various hotels/courses/resorts have different cancellation policies that we must honor). There are just a few exceptions to this policy. Ask your Play Florida Golf representative if the accommodations option you have chosen has a stricter cancellation policy other than that stated here.
In case of bad weather, call the golf course and inquire if they are open. Play Florida Golf will only issue a refund if the golf course is closed on your scheduled day of play. If the course is closed, please call our office and let us know. Then, simply write "rain out" on the voucher, along with the name or the signature of the person you spoke with at the golf course, and mail it back to us for an adjusted refund (85% of voucher value). If the course is not closed, Play Florida Golf has guaranteed a paid round to the course. It is your responsibility to inquire as to the rain refund policy at each course. In most cases, the course will issue a "rain check" if you are unable to complete your round.
Replay rounds can be guaranteed at greatly reduced rates. Guaranteed replay rounds are available at select golf courses. Please ask your representative for additional information and details.
Play Florida Golf and cooperating agents act only in the capacity of agents for the passenger in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations, golf course reservations and transportation, whether by motor car, or plane, etc.. and as such they shall not be liable for any injury, personal injury, damage, loss, accident, irregularity, which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any company or personas engaged in conveying the passenger, or in carrying out arrangements of the tour.
