Pete Dye designed this 6,772 yard course. Low, "dish-shaped" fairways and huge sand beds give this course a intimidating look and will definitely make for a unique challenge to any golfer. This course follows a low profile and features the natural wetlands areas. Instead of grass in the rough areas, golfers will find pine straw and sand. Sixteen holes feature water, and well-placed bunkers protect the rolling greens, which are Pete Dye's signature for a golf course. To the average golfer the course looks extremely challenging, but it is really a joy to play.
