Directions from Orlando International AirportTake North Exit to Beeline Expressway 528 and get on Expressway going West. Exit at Exit #1 International Drive. At the stoplight take a left on to International Dr. Go 1.7 miles the entrance to Parc Corniche will be on your right hand side.

Directions from Tampa/St. PetersburgTake I-4 east. Go to exit number 71 that is the Sea World Exit and bear to the right onto Central Florida Pkwy. Proceed to your 4th traffic light that is International Drive. Take a right the entrance to Parc Corniche will be the first driveway on the right hand side.

Directions from Florida Turnpike Take the I-4 exit and after you have exited you are going to want to take I-4 west to Tampa. Get off of I-4 at exit number 72 which is the Beeline Expressway or SR 528, it will head only one way east. Take the first exit that is International Drive. At the stoplight take a left onto International Drive and go 1.5 miles. The entrance to Parc Corniche will be on your right.

This new, unique resort sits on over six acres of beautifully landscaped gardens in the heart of Kissimmee’s newest development area called Westside and ideally situated just off Highway 192, 10 minutes from Walt Disney World.   The apartment-style villas are exceptionally well-equipped and spacious.  Dining is available at any one of the areas many great restaurants that offers a wide variety of cuisine.  This resort is ideal for those who are looking for a superior location with great accommodations at an intimate, upscale property on the quieter side of the World’s most famous theme parks. 

Units will be cleaned on check-in and check-out.  Additional housekeeping is available for a fee of US$65 plus tax per clean, payable locally. Mandatory cleaning fee of US$65.00 plus tax per unit, (payable by the guest locally at the Hotel upon arrival) applies to all bookings.

2-Bedroom Villa

The Aruba is a Spacious, 2 Bedroom Villa of approximately 1,400 square feet. The largest floor plan is designed for maximum comfort and relaxation. This unit sleeps 6 adults comfortably with ample room to spare. Full Kitchens featuring a full size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee/tea maker, a breakfast bar with bar stools and large cabinets. Kitchens are fully equipped with cookware, crockery, utensils, glassware, etc. Each unit contains two full size Bathrooms, both with dual sinks. A full sized washer and dryer are adjacent to the living area. The Master Bedroom features a corner tub with separate shower. The upscale furniture in the Living Room is supplied with a sleeper sofa, chairs, coffee and end tables while the Dining area is supplied with full sized table and chairs. The Master Bedroom contains a King bed with 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. Walk-in closets are oversized. Furnished balconies are screened, many with views of the natural conservation areas surrounding the property.
