The Sunshine State: Conditions through out the state currently are "excellent"  Florida once again is experiencing above average weather golf conditions due to the terrific early winter weather. Greens are relatively soft  due to heavy dew conditions. However, fairways are relatively firm due to limited shower activity to date.

Darkness sets upon the state at about 6:30pm EST, so you want to be on the 17th hole of most courses around 5:45pm in order to complete your round. In the AM, the sun is up about 7:00am, so early morning tee times after 7:00am are fine and cool temperatures exist (mid-70's)! High temperatures in fall/winter range in the  70's around 11am however early mornings can be in the high '50s..

Green speed this time of year on most Florida golf courses tends to be slow due to the length of grass on the greens.
