Ginn Reunion Resort offers three 18-hole golf courses: Tom Watson’s Independence course, Arnold Palmer’s Legacy course, and Jack Niklaus' Tradition course. The Seven Eagles Pool Pavilion features a large, sloped-entry pool, two spa tubs, an activity center, complimentary fitness center, and poolside refreshments. A tropical-style water park includes a lagoon pool, lazy river, and water playground.
Ginn Reunion Resort offers 400 one-, two-, and three-bedroom villas in various resort neighborhoods located around the vast grounds. Villas are in two-, three-, or four-story buildings with a variety of architectural styles. Units range in size from 900 to 1,800 square feet. All have furnished balconies or patios with golf or garden views. Kitchens include granite counters, microwaves, refrigerators, coffeemakers, stoves, dishwashers, blenders, cookware, utensils, and dishes. Villas offer separate living and dining areas.
